How the Referral Program Works

Refer a qualified low-voltage, data center, fiber or security technician to Tek One Solutions. Submit a technician referral through our online referral program.

1. Refer Someone

Complete the referral form with your information and the contact information for the person you are recommending.

2. We Connect With Them

Our recruiting team will contact the referral, review their experience, discuss available opportunities and determine whether they are a fit for Tek One.

3. Earn a Referral Bonus

When an eligible referral completes the hiring process, begins working and meets the requirements of the referral program, the referring team member may qualify for a referral bonus.
Certain specialized or difficult-to-fill positions may qualify for additional referral incentives.
