William Wilson is a high-performing recruiting leader known for building scalable, high-output teams within the low voltage and data center space. As Director of Recruiting Operations, he drives full-cycle recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and nationwide delivery across large-scale security, structured cabling, and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

He has built a reputation for creating efficient, repeatable recruiting systems that increase fill rates, accelerate time-to-hire, and consistently deliver top-tier technicians in fast-paced, high-demand environments. His focus on execution, accountability, and performance has made him a trusted partner to clients operating at scale.

Director, Business Operations

Behind every successful project is a set of daily operations that need to work just right, and that’s where Jennifer comes in. As Director of Business Operations, she oversee the vital functions that keep our company moving forward, including payroll, accounts, and coordinating team logistics. “I love the variety of my role, one moment I am solving a complex administrative puzzle, and the next I’m welcoming a new partner to the team”.

Her goal is always to ensure that our ‘back-office’ feels like a front-row experience for everyone we work with.
