Our Contractors are always insured for Worker’s Comp, Work Driving and Liability Insurance. Our payroll system is designed to not allow or even pay them without proper insurance.

Contractors from our database have qualifications and expertise proven on the job site, as they all worked with us at one time in the past.

Contractors that are new,

Contractors that are new, that we have found through our Network, have all been vetted. First is a 3-stage interview process, a verification of work history and calls to former employers. We won’t put just anyone in the Tek One Database.

Employers are not responsible for any hours or shifts that were estimated to have been needed. Employers only pay wages on actual hours worked.

CONTRACT PLACEMENT

This is usually not a permanent position and has a specific time frame from as short as one day to a year or more. There are many BENEFITS TO CONTRACT LABOR including staffing for busier times or larger projects. This happens to be the preferred staffing option of Tek One, as over 85% of our placements are contracted.

DIRECT HIRE PLACEMENT

Direct placement positions are permanent from the start. A client will use the services of Tek One Solutions to find the talent and then hire them directly. It allows the candidate being offered a direct placement position to be added directly to the client company payroll and be eligible for benefits.

CONTRACT to HIRE

This option has the best Employer benefits from both Contract and Direct Hire placement. It just like buying a car, as you get to test drive your new placement for a predetermined time frame. Afterwards you have the option to hire full time or to request a new candidate.
